Judy is excellent at organizational development and staff relations. She is also excellent at changing work environments from toxic to vibrant working teams. Judy came in and observed my organization and worked with my staff for 2 days. She then developed a plan of action and then came and worked with me and my team for a week onsite. Our environment has completely changed from a nonproductive toxic group to a well-working machine that cares for each other. We now have organization, improved communication, and accountability. All of this is critical for a growing organization. I am thankful for the work that Judy did for One Cross Health care. I have had the privilege of both working with Judy McMurty as well as witnessing her leadership for the past 6 years in a variety of situations.
