Observe – deep dive looks into the production of the operation and interact with employees to learn the best ways to improve the operation and go to the next level together. Looking at various ways to uplevel the business by collecting data through observation.
Strategy – now it is time for everyone to come to the table from frontline to the Executive Leadership Team. Once all data have been collected and analysis, it is time to start putting a plan into action. A few steps closer to the next level.
Once the targeted areas have been identified now it is time to add a timeline.
Implement – start with a soft launch to make changes or improvement. Communication is key to your success. Make sure everyone is on the same page before you launch your new changes. After you make the necessary adjustments then it will be time to start rolling it out to one department at a time.
Evaluate – this final step is important, because what does not get measured doesn’t change or improve. This is when you will need to create KPIs key performance indicators and surveys from all levels of the organization. This is a couple of ways to see how you can uplevel your business in these targeted areas.
